The RBA Group was asked by a consulting firm, specializing in real estate investment, to carry out a financial due diligence study on four companies, each of them operating a hotel, located in major French cities. Our work included the:
Analysis of the business model: history / identity, activity (seasonality, repeat business, services offered, occupancy rate …), supplier relations, human resources and “means of production”;
Analysis of the WCR;
Analysis of net financial debt;
Analysis of forecast data.
